02

What will be the approximate timeframe for implementation and customization of the system?

Approximate time of system implementation and setup is up to 5 days, provided that all necessary requirements for connection are met. These requirements include ensuring stable internet speed, static IP address, open ports, necessary angles and other components necessary for successful installation and configuration of the system. We guarantee professional implementation and configuration within the specified timeframe, provided all your infrastructure requirements are met.

03

What are the technical requirements?

Certain specifications are required for the successful operation of our system. These include:

1. Stable required internet speed: Our system requires a stable and sufficiently fast internet connection for video streaming and data processing.

2. Static IP address: To ensure reliable and secure remote access to the system, it is recommended to use a static IP address, which will provide permanent identification of your system.

3. Open Ports: Some system functions may require open ports on your router or firewall to allow communication and data transfer between devices.

4. Right angles: To optimally cover and capture the right area of video surveillance, you need to properly place cameras and adjust their angles according to your requirements.

Ensuring these specifications will help to ensure that our video surveillance system works consistently and efficiently.

04

How does the system ensure that confidences are protected?

We attach great importance to protecting the privacy of our customers' data. As part of our video surveillance system, we take the following measures to ensure privacy:

1. Storage of non-personalized data: We only store non-personalized employee or visitor data that does not contain personal information such as names or other identifying information.

2. Local Storage of Recordings: All video surveillance recordings remain only on your DVR or other local storage device. We do not store copies of recordings on our servers or in the cloud.

3. Secure Access: We secure access to the system by requiring authentication and the use of secure data transfer protocols. This helps prevent unauthorized access to video footage and other sensitive information.

4. Legal Compliance: We comply with applicable laws and regulations related to data privacy protection, including the processing of personal data and the retention of video recordings.

Our goal is to provide a high level of data privacy protection within our video surveillance system so that you can be confident that your information is secure.
